Today I was trying to decide how to decorated my kitchen table. As some of you may know my mother died the day after Mother's Day last year. I know I have already showed you this quilt but it is very special to me because I gave it to my mom in 2004 for Mother's Day. We lived over 2,000 miles away from each other and when I went to her house when she was still in the hospital it was on her table.
I was always planning to make one for myself but never finished it so I used the pieces for a clothes hanger. The cute houses my daughter gave me a couple of years ago.
